Helping those working apart feel closer together
Books, articles, podcasts and courses for remote workers and managers of remote teams.
21st Century Work Life Podcast
Our flagship show, 21st Century Work Life, has over 300 episodes covering a range of topics in different formats: interviews with guests, conversations amongst co-hosts, solo shows, magazine-style segments…
The show has evolved a lot since its first episode in 2014. For many years, the focus of most conversations was leading teams and remote work. Ten years later, there are many shows focusing on remote work, so we’re broadening the scope of our conversations to “how the world of work and our attitudes to work are changing.” (Though much of the focus will without doubt remain in the “remote work space”.)
Management Café Podcast
If you are looking for shorter episodes, focusing on management and leadership, pop into the Management Café. The show started as a solo show but in September 2022, Tim Burgess joined Pilar Orti as co-host. Now they share their own experiences and reflections on leading others in a conversation we hope you’ll also enjoy over coffee - or tea!
