Coming out Soon - summer 2026

Pilar (me) is writing a book on her experience in the world of remote work in organisations, over the last ten years.
Part memoir, part thought-piece, part Shakespeare-inspired, the book covers twelve topics related to remote: transitions, asynchronous communication, meetings (of course!), loneliness, leadereship, technology, visible teamwork, working from home, hybrid work, return to office, coworking and… did I miss anything? (Ok, one thing I’ve left out is the international aspect of working in global virtual teams, but if you want a good read around that, check out Theresa Sigilitto Holema’s book Virtual Teams Across Cultures.)
